Taco Sandwich
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 package Taco Seasoning, 1 Ounce Packet
- 1 whole Onion, Diced
- 1 loaf French Bread
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cups Shredded Cheese, your choice
- Brown the ground beef over medium heat until its browned.
- Add the taco seasoning (make according to packet directions) and the onion, simmer until onion is softened.
- Drain grease if necessary.
- Cut a trough in the top of the French bread loaf and save the top.
- Spread the cream cheese on the bottom and sides of the trough.
- Sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top of the cream cheese.
- Spread the ground beef mixture over that and then add the shredded cheese (use whatever is your favorite).
- Put the top of the loaf of bread back on and wrap the sandwich in tin foil and then bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
