Tuscan Turkey Meatballs
- 1 (20-ounce) package ground turkey
- 1/2 cup Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons Land O Lakes Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Spray 15x10x1-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray; set aside.
- Combine all meatball ingredients in bowl; mix well.
- Shape into 18 (1 1/2-inch) meatballs.
- Melt Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt in 12-inch skillet over medium heat until sizzling.
- Brown meatballs on all sides.
- Place meatballs onto prepared pan.
