Greek Tuna Salad
- 1 can (12 Oz. Size) Albacore Tuna In Water, Drained
- 1/2 cups Greek Yogurt Or Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cups Grape Tomatoes, Halved
- 1 whole Green Onion, Sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Kalamata Olives, Chopped
- 2 teaspoons Banana Peppers, Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Capers, Drained
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Cavender's Seasoning (Or Other Greek Seasoning)
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Leaf Lettuce, For Serving
- Feta Cheese, For Garnish
- In a medium sized bowl mix the tuna, Greek yogurt, tomatoes, green onion, olives, banana peppers, capers, oregano, garlic powder and Cavenders seasoning until combined.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the salad on leaf lettuce for a low-carb option, or as a sandwich if you prefer, with feta cheese as a garnish.
