Ham Rolls With Cottage Cheese In Sour Cream Sauce Recipe
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 2 c. cream style cottage cheese
- 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn minced spinach, cooked & liquid removed
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 pound cooked ham, sliced
- Combine soup and 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream in a bowl; set aside.
- Combine remaining lowfat sour cream with cottage cheese, Large eggs, onions, spinach, mustard and salt; mix well.
- Spoon 2 tablespoonsful of cottage cheese filling onto each ham slice.
- Roll up ham, folding in the edges.
- Place in shallow baking dish.
- Cover with lowfat sour cream sauce.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min.
- Yield 8 servings.
