Chocolate Elegance

• 1.5 (12 ounce) packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
• 12 cup sugar
• 2 12 cups Cool Whip, divided and thawed
• 6 BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, divided
• 1 (4 ounce) packagejell-o instant chocolate pudding mix
• 12 cup milk
• 14 cup sliced almonds, toasted

1. Beat cream cheese and sugar with mixer until blended.
2. Stir in 1 1/2 cups cool whip; spread 2 cups onto bottom of 8x4 inch loaf pan lined with plastic wrap.
3. Melt 3 chocolate squares.
4. Add to remaining cream cheese mixture along with pudding mix and milk.
5. Beat until blended.
6. Spread over layer in pan.
7. Refrigerate 4 hours.
8. Glaze:.
9. Microwave remaining chocolate and cool whip in microwavable bowl on high 1 minute; stir until blended.
10. Cool slightly.
11. Invert dessert onto platter.
12. Remove pan and plastic wrap.
13. Spread dessert with glaze; top with almonds.
14. Refrigerate until glaze is firm.
