Cookie Mansion

  1. Make Base for House: Rinse carton and staple or tape top closed.
  2. Cut 2 1/2 inches from bottom of carton.
  3. Place top piece on a piece of waxed paper for house; turn bottom piece bottom side up next to one side of house for garage and attach with tape .
  4. Cut 2 whole honey grahams in half lengthwise along perforation to form a total of 4 long pieces.
  5. Using Royal Frosting, attach 1 whole honey graham and 1 long piece to 3 tall sides of house, making grahams even with bottom edge of carton and cente ring on each side of carton.
  6. To form roof base, attach 1 whole graham sideways at top ridge of carton using Royal Frosting under graham to build to ridge height.
  7. Repeat for other side of roof.
  8. Cut remaining grahams with serrated knife to fit under eaves, garage sides and top.
  9. Make Doors and Windows: With green decorator icing using small leaf tip, pipe wreath on each tea cookie for doors.
  10. With red decorator icing using writing tip, pipe bows and holly berry decorations on wreath.
  11. Cut small door handles from 1 stick red gum; attach to doors with Royal Frosting.
  12. Cut 1 stick yellow gum into window for garage; attach to chocolate graham with Royal Frosting.
  13. Cut red gummi candy in half and attach to chocolate graham for garage door handle.
  14. Let dry.
  15. Tile Roof: Using spatula or thin knife, split chocolate sandwich cookies, leaving filling on one side.
  16. Use spatula to remove crumbs from red filling; smooth filling with wet spatula or knife.
