Easy Italian Marinade

• 1 (16 ounce) bottlefat free Italian salad dressing
• 12 teaspoon black pepper
• 14 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 12 teaspoon dried oregano

1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and pour over meat.
2. Store any unused marinade in an airtight container.
