Strawberry Sauce

  1. Rinse and drain the strawberries.
  2. Pluck off and discard the stems.
  3. Put the strawberries into a food processor or blender and process thoroughly.
  4. Add the lemon juice and sugar.
  5. Blend.
  6. Pour in the kirschwasser or Grand Marnier and blend.
  7. Serve over ice cream.
