Chili-Lime Spiced Popcorn
- 1/2 cups Yellow Popcorn Kernels
- 2 Tablespoons Canola Or Vegetable Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Ancho Chile Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 whole Lime, Zest Only
- Sea Salt, to taste
- In a Dutch oven or any pot with a lid, add oil.
- Once heated, add popcorn kernels.
- Cover and shake pan as popcorn is popping.
- When popping slows down, remove from heat.
- In a small bowl, add ancho chile powder, cumin, and lime zest.
- Mix together and sprinkle over popcorn.
- Season to taste with sea salt.
- Enjoy!
- It is a favorite at our home on movie nights.
