Luscious Berries and Cream Pound Cake
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup strawberry preserves
- 1 cup blueberries Whole Foods 3 For $10.00 thru 02/09
- 6 slices (1 inch thick) pound cake
- Mix sour cream and sugar.
- Refrigerate.
- Toss strawberries and preserves.
- Let stand at room temperature 1/2 hour.
- Spoon sour cream mixture over each pound cake slice.
- Top with strawberry mixture and blueberries.
- Serve immediately.
