Baked Seafood Salad
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 bag imitation crab
- 4 boiled potaotes, boiled with skins on
- 1 cup mayonaisse
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 raw egg
- Pepper, to taste
- Blanched broccoli
- Cooked bay shrimp
- 1 can minced clams, (drained)
- Chopped celery
- Chopped onion
- Bread crumbs
- Melted butter
- Mix all ingredients.
- Place in glass baking dish.
- Top with bread crumbs and melted butter.
- Bake at 350F for 30-45 minutes.
