Cacao Cashew Pudding
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 3 tablespoons ground cacao
- 3 tablespoons mesquite flour
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar or 2 tablespoons yacon syrup
- 23 cup water, -
- 1 teaspoon psyllium, husk flour
- Blend in blender until it gets creamy.
- (if you need to thicken, blend in psyillium husk flour 1/2 tsp at a time until desired thickeness is attainted).
- Pour into 2 1/2 cup dessert cups and let set in the refrigerator.
- Serve with garnish of leaves, flowers or berries.
