Conch fritters.

  1. Mince pepper, onion as fine as you can get them.
  2. In large dutch oven add vegetable oil and heat 375 degrees.
  3. In large bowl add all ingredients and mix well.
  4. Make small balls about 2 inches in diameter.
  5. Drop fritters in hot oil 3 at a time and cook until golden brown.
  6. Fry at 375.
  7. Makes about 18 fritters.
  8. Use a honey mustard or a cocktail sauce for dipping.
