Shrimp & Mayonnaise with Homemade Condensed Milk

  1. Peel the shrimps, cut open the backs widely and remove the veins.
  2. Season with salt, pepper and sake.
  3. Place all the mayonnaise sauce ingredients in a bowl and them.
  4. Steam the asparagus in the microwave and set aside.
  5. Dust the dried shrimp lightly with katakuriko and fry until crisp.
  6. Drizzle the mayonnaise sauce and the dish is done.
