Cherry Blossom Brocade

  1. Moisten half of the outer rim of a chilled rocks glass with the lemon wedge and coat lightly with sugar.
  2. Arrange the grapefruit zest in the glass.
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  4. Add the genever, cherry liqueur, absinthe, grapefruit juice and bitters to the shaker and shake well.
  5. Strain the drink into the prepared rocks glass.
