Marvelous Brunch Eggs Recipe

  1. Mix together Large eggs and lowfat milk and scramble in butter in a large skillet.
  2. Empty scrambled Large eggs into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. Combine soup with sherry and pour over Large eggs.
  4. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
  5. Allow to stand overnight in refrigerator.
  6. Remove 1 hour before serving and bake at 250 degrees for 50 min.
  7. Don't overcook.
  8. Serves 16.
