ASADO Recipe leonele

  1. You must to prepare a good campfire with firewood.
  2. Place the grill next to the fire, but never above the flames.
  3. Once you have hot coals, be placed under the grill evenly.
  4. Place the meat on the grill with salt.
  5. Allow the coals to do their job.
  6. To do this, make sure that the embers of charcoal are kept hot and emits its heat in a uniform manner.
  7. When the meat starts to be cooked, twist it to finish the process in the other side.
  8. Accompany with fresh salad.
