Korean Marinade

  1. Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk.
  3. Make marinade a day or two ahead of time before marinating meats or veggies for flavors to develop.
  4. Great for veggies, chicken, pork, beef, and seafood!
  5. Variations; Coconut extract, Sriracha, black or white pepper, rice vinegar, mirin, sesame seeds, tamari, leeks, chives, cayenne, caramelized onions, jalapenos, habanero, celery seed, lemongrass
