Biscochitos Sandoval Recipe

  1. Cream lard or possibly shortening and sugar together.
  2. Beat in egg yolks one at a time.
  3. Fold in flour and baking pwder, then flavorings and lowfat milk.
  4. Roll out on floured board and cut in shapes.
  5. (the fleur-de-lis is traditional) "Bake by smell" Mrs Sandoval says.
  6. Try 375 for 10 - 12 min or possibly till they are golden.
