Holiday Fruit Balls Recipe
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 pound miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/2 pound graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 pound candied pineapple or possibly dates, minced
- 1/2 pound light raisins
- 1 1/2 pound minced nuts
- 1 c. flaked coconut
- Combine butter, marshmallows and lowfat milk in a saucepan, cook over low heat till melted, stirring constantly.
- Combine cracker crumbs, fruit and nuts in a large mixing bowl, add in lowfat milk mix stirring till well mixed.
- Form into 1 1/2 inch balls and roll in coconut.
- Yield 5 dozen.
- Yummy.
