Moo Goo Gai Pan

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add the crushed garlic, heat til garlic is brown, then remove garlic.
  3. Add chicken and cook til brown.
  4. Add veggies, soy sauce, & 1/2 cup of chicken broth, and cook til veggies are tender.
  5. Mix 1/2 cup Chicken Broth and 1 tb.
  6. corn starch.
  7. Add mixture to chicken and veggies to thicken.
  8. Add additional corn starch to thicken sauce if needed.
  9. Serve.
