STRAWBERRY BAKED BRIE FOR THE HOLIDAYS

  1. flour your surface and roll out your puff pastry.
  2. take a round dinner plate and lay on dough... cut a circular pieces out of the center of the dough..
  3. because I use the wedges... because they r the same price without all the work if cutting off the rind..
  4. cover pastry with strawberry preserves
  5. set the wedges of BRIE as if they are connected .... pull the dough around the Brie...
  6. coat the outside of the pastry with an egg wash..
  7. bake until golden about 20 minutes .....
  8. LET SIT 30 BEFORE U SERVE!!
