Thai Lemongrass Soup Recipe

  1. Bring the broth to a simmer.
  2. Add in cruched red pepper and shrimp.
  3. simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add in lemongrass and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add in the rest of the ingredients and simmer a few min more.
  6. Be careful not to over cook or possibly the vegitables will lose their color and will get limp.
