saffron chicken (Kesar Murgh) my spin on it

  1. take 4 tablespoons of hot water and put saffron in it
  2. heat ghee in a large pan add onions, peppers, garlic let cook till onions become transparent

  5. mix very well
  6. let cook till chicken is done
  7. add turmeric cornstarch and cold water add to boiling liquid with the chicken let thicken serve with Jasmine Rice
