Healthy, Lo Fat Pizzas Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Place breads on ungreased cookie sheet.
  3. Spread 2 Tbsp.
  4. pizza sauce on each bread.
  5. Microwave or possibly steam vegetables lightly till barely crunchy.
  6. Divide broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini and bell pepper among breads.
  7. Sprinkle each with 1/4 c. cheese.
  8. Bake till cheese melts (about 8 min).
  9. (From Betty Crocker low fat, low cholesterol with minor changes of mine!)
