Healthy, Lo Fat Pizzas Recipe
- 4 (6 in.) pitas (pita bread)
- 1/2 c. pizza sauce
- 1/2 c. broccoli, cut
- 1/2 c. cauliflower, cut
- 1 med. zucchini, sliced
- 1 med. bell pepper, sliced
- 1 c. shredded part skim Mozzarella cheese
- Heat oven to 450 degrees.
- Place breads on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Spread 2 Tbsp.
- pizza sauce on each bread.
- Microwave or possibly steam vegetables lightly till barely crunchy.
- Divide broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini and bell pepper among breads.
- Sprinkle each with 1/4 c. cheese.
- Bake till cheese melts (about 8 min).
