Easy Macaroons Recipe
- 1 pkg. (3 1/2 ounce.) vanilla pudding and pie filling
- 2 2/3 c. coconut
- 2/3 c. sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- Combine dry pudding and pie filling, coconut, condensed lowfat milk and almond extract.
- Drop from tsp.
- onto greased, floured baking sheets.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 12 to 15 min or possibly till edges are golden.
- Remove from baking sheet at once.
- Cold on rack.
- Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
