Chicken Enchiladas Swiss Recipe

  2. Dip tortillas in heated soup.

  4. Mix chicken, Swiss and Cheddar cheese, 1 c. tomatoes and salt and pepper.

  6. Place a generous amount of cheese-mix in each tortilla.
  7. Roll and place seam side down in a baking dish.

  9. Mix soup with 1 c. tomatoes (mashed), Monterey Jack cheese and lowfat sour cream.
  10. Pour over tortillas.
  11. 5.
  12. Bake in 350 degree oven till bubbly (about 20 min).
  13. Yield 8 servings.
