Meaty Rigatoni Bake

  1. Cook pasta until tender.
  2. Meanwhile crumble sausage into large skillet.
  3. Cook over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
  4. Stir in spaghetti sauce and mushrooms.
  5. Drain pasta; add to sausage mixture.
  6. Transfer to a 1 quart baking dish coated with spray.
  7. Top with cheese and pepperoni.
  8. Cover and bake @ 350F for 25 - 30 minutes or until heated through.
