15 Minute Garlic Lemon Shrimp

  1. Saute garlic and onion in 1/2 of the butter.
  2. Add a dash of olive oil.
  3. Add the shrimp and saute.
  4. When half cooked, add the salt, pepper, thyme and lemon juice.
  5. Set to low heat.
  6. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  7. The butter will dry out a bit so add in the remaining half of the butter.
  8. Add in some more olive oil if you want.
  9. Do a taste test.
  10. Add in more salt and pepper if preferred.
  11. Simmer for another 2 minutes.
  12. Turn off heat once the butter has cleared up a bit.
  13. Serve hot.
  14. You can eat this with some tossed greens and goes really, really well with wasabi and rice.
