Chocolate-Warm Vanilla Pudding Sundae

• 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Cook & Serve Pudding
• 1 cup water
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 Tbsp. butter
• 1-1/2 qt. (6 cups) chocolate ice cream
• 3/4 cup BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels

1. Combine pudding mix, water and sugar in medium saucepan.
2. Bring to full rolling boil on medium heat, stirring constantly.
3. Add butter; stir until butter is melted and mixture is well blended.
4. Scoop ice cream into 12 serving bowls; top each with 2 Tbsp.
5. pudding mixture.
6. Sprinkle with morsels.
