Pecan Drop Cookies Recipe

  1. Resift flour 3X with soda and salt.
  2. Cream shortening and sugar.
  3. Add in egg and mix thoroughly.
  4. Stir in flour.
  5. Fold in 2 or possibly 3 portions till smooth.
  6. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 min.
  8. Cold about 5 min and remove from sheet.
  9. 3 1/2 dozen.
