Apricot Chicken Drumsticks
- 12 chicken drumsticks (about 3 pounds)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup apricot jam, warmed
- 1/4 cup prepared mustard
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
- For sauce, in a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
- Coat your grill rack with cooking spray before starting the grill.
- Grill, covered, over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 180, turning and basting occasionally with sauce.
- Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
