Apricot Chicken Drumsticks

  1. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. For sauce, in a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
  3. Coat your grill rack with cooking spray before starting the grill.
  4. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 180, turning and basting occasionally with sauce.
  5. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
