Nana Walnut Muffins
- 1 13 cups whole wheat flour
- 12 cup Splenda granular
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 13 cup nonfat milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 bananas
- 14 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup oatmeal
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spay mini muffin tins or use foil liners.
- Blend dry ingredients and set aside.
- Add oil, milk, and vanilla to mashed bananas.
- Stir in dry ingredients.
- and add nuts.
- Use ice cream scoop to put in mini pan(s).
- Bake until brown and toothpick test center.
