Pigeon Peas With Rice

  1. cook peas until tender, add onion, garlic and thyme simmer for 5 minutes add brown rice and remainder of ingredients cook on low fire until water is absorbed.
  2. about 3 cups to cook peas the another 2 when rice is added.
