Beer Potato Salad Tnt Recipe
- 3 lb potatoes
- 2 c. diced celery
- 1 sm onion minced Salt to taste
- 1 c. mayo
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp warm sauce
- 1/2 c. beer
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley
- Cook potatoes in skins till tender.
- When cold peel and dice.
- Add in celery & onion and season to taste with salt.
- Blend mayo with mustard, and warm pepper sauce.
- Gradually stir in beer.
- Add in parsley.
- Pour over potato mix.
- Mix lightly.
- Chill for 2+ hrs for flavors to meld.
- This is the best potato salad I have ever tasted!
- My husband doesn't really enjoy the taste of beer too much and he thought this stuff was the best potato salad he had ever had.
