Homemade Mustard
- 2 ounces Coleman's dry mustard
- 12 cup malt vinegar
- 12 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- Mix vinegar and dry mustard and let sit several hours or overnight.
- In a double boiler, mix mustard/vinegar and sugar.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
- Cook, stirring often, until thickened.
- Store in refridgerater.
