Margherite Ice Box Cake

  1. Beat cream, vanilla and powdered sugar in small bowl with electric mixer on high speed until soft peaks form.
  2. Spread each cookie with about 1 Tbsp.
  3. of the whipped cream mixture.
  4. Stack cookies together, alternating chocolate and vanilla cookies and standing cookies on long edge on serving platter to make a loaf.
  5. Frost with remaining whipped cream mixture to cover cookies completely.
  6. Cover; refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Top with shaved chocolate just before serving.
  8. Cut diagonally into 4 slices to serve.
  9. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
