VELVEETA Spicy Buffalo Beer Dip

• 1 lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
• 1/2 cup light beer
• 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
• 1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce
• 1/4 cup KRAFT Natural Blue Cheese Crumbles
• 2 green onions, sliced

1. Microwave VELVEETA and beer in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 5 min.
2. or until VELVEETA is melted, stirring after 3 min.
3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
