Chocolate Frosting

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolates and butter.
  2. Microwave on medium-high 1 minute, or until butter melts.
  3. Let stand 1 minute.
  4. Whisk until chocolate is melted.
  5. Let cool slightly.
  6. Sift confectioners' sugar, cocoa, and salt into chocolate mixture.
  7. Beat with mixer until blended.
  8. Add vanilla and milk; beat until combined.
  9. With mixer on high speed, beat frosting until smooth.
