Beef Barley Soup

  1. Brown meat in large saucepan; drain.
  2. Stir in water, tomatoes, carrots, mushrooms, barley, garlic and oregano.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low; cover.
  5. Simmer 10 minutes or until barley is tender.
  6. Add VELVEETA; stir until melted.
