Wine And Wild Rice Casserole

  1. Prepare rice mix according to package directions on top of range.
  2. Meanwhile, place onion, celery and butter in a 2-quart glass casserole.
  3. Cook, covered in a countertop microwave oven until tender, 2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
  4. Blend in soup, sour cream, wine and curry.
  5. Stir in chicken and cooked rice.
  6. Microcook, covered, until heated through, 8 to 10 minutes, giving casserole a half turn after 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with parsley.
