Barbecued Pork Tenderloin Recipe
- 2 x Cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. Soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Teriyaki sauce, up to 1/2, up to Fresh grnd pepper to taste
- 2 x Pork tenderloins
- In a medium mixing bowl or possibly large glass measuring c. combine garlic and extra virgin olive oil.
- Add in Worcestershire sauce and stir.
- Add in soy sauce & teriyaki sauce and mix well.
- Add in fresh grnd pepper to taste.
- Lay pork tenderloins in a large glass baking dish.
- Pour the marinade over the tenderloins.
- Cover & marinate in refrigerator 1 to 6 hrs prior to use.
- Prepare the barbecue coals.
- Grill the pork tenderloin over the coals till desired degree of doneness is reached.
- Slice and serve.
