Aroz ala Cubana (filipino dish)

  1. Saute garlic and union, then put the ground meat when its already turned to light brown mix the vegetables and seasoning..after cooking the pork set aside
  2. In another pan fry the sliced banana till light brown..after cooking set aside
  3. Cooked the egg sunny side up...don't over cook.
  4. In a plate create your own presentation of Aroz Ala Cubana
