Teri's Candied Yams
- 5 (16 ounce) cans candied yams
- 1 cup sugar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 cup butter
- 12 cup evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 12 cup flour
- 14 cup melted butter
- Combine all filling ingredients.
- Put in casserole dish.
- Mix all toping ingredients.
- Put on top of filling in casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
