Broiled Steak Recipe
- 1/4 c. Red wine vinegar
- 4 x Beef Tablespoons-bone (or possibly porterhouse) steaks (about 3 lbs.)
- 1 Tbsp. Veg. oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Dry sweet basil,crushed
- Brush vinegar on both sides of each steak.
- Brush with veg.
- oil.
- Arrange on broiler tray.
- Mix salt, pepper and basil in small c.. Sprinkle 1/2 over steaks.
- Broil for 5 min.
- Turn steaks over.
- Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 of seasoning.
- Broil for 5 min till desired degree of doneness.
- Serves 4
