Rosemary Garlic Oil
- 1 glass olive oil bottle
- 8 clove garlic
- 1 bunch fresh rosemary- depending on the size of your bottle)
- 1 enough good quality olive oil to fill bottle to the top
- Peel garlic cloves and put in bottom of bottle.
- Cut to fit cloves into the bottle if necessary.
- Add rinsed, fresh rosemary sprigs to fill the bottle.
- I used about 8 or 9 from my plant.
- Fill the bottle with olive oil to the top and cap.
- **Recommendations**
- Place this bottle in a sunny kitchen window for a couple hours a day if you have one.
- I tend to have better results with more flavor faster.
- It may take a couple of weeks in order for you to develop the full strength/flavor of this oil.
- Shake the bottle every once in a while to make sure the flavors meld.
- You may want to store your beautiful oil in the fridge as well in order to help prevent bacterial growth.
