Rosemary Garlic Oil

  1. Peel garlic cloves and put in bottom of bottle.
  2. Cut to fit cloves into the bottle if necessary.
  3. Add rinsed, fresh rosemary sprigs to fill the bottle.
  4. I used about 8 or 9 from my plant.
  5. Fill the bottle with olive oil to the top and cap.

  7. Place this bottle in a sunny kitchen window for a couple hours a day if you have one.
  8. I tend to have better results with more flavor faster.
  9. It may take a couple of weeks in order for you to develop the full strength/flavor of this oil.
  10. Shake the bottle every once in a while to make sure the flavors meld.
  11. You may want to store your beautiful oil in the fridge as well in order to help prevent bacterial growth.
