Veal Broccoli Wellington Recipe

  1. In medium skillet brown meat; drain well.
  2. Add in broccoli, cheese, mushrooms, onion and lowfat sour cream; mix well.
  3. Simmer 10 min.
  4. Unroll dough, press or possibly roll to create two 13 x 7 inch rectangles (sealing all perforations).
  5. Spoon meat mix in 3 inch strip lengthwise down center of dough.
  6. Roll dough over filling; overlapping ends slightly.
  7. Brush with egg.
  8. Repeat for second dough.
  9. Bake at 375 degrees for 18 min.
  10. You can use grnd hamburger instead of veal.
