Beer Braised Beef With Italian Salsa Verde

  1. Combine salsa ingredients and chill for one hour.
  2. Season beef with salt and pepper and brown in 1 tbl.
  3. olive oil.
  4. Remove beef from pan and saute onion in 1 tbl olive oil.
  5. Add beef back to pan, along with broth and beer.
  6. Bring to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat to low and simmer 90 minutes or until tender.
  8. Shred with a fork.
