Lemon Cookies

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Beat dressing, cake mix and eggs in large bowl with mixer on low speed just until moistened.
  3. Add lemon zest.
  4. Beat on medium speed 2 min.
  5. (Dough will be stiff.)
  6. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray.
  7. Bake 9 to 11 min.
  8. or until lightly browned.
  9. (Cookies will still appear soft.)
  10. Cool on baking sheets 1 min.
  11. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
  12. Mix frosting and lemon juice until blended; spread onto cookies.
