Brisket Competition Rub Mix Recipe

• 7 prt Wham Origional Mild Rub
• 3 prt Middle-East "Poultry Seasoning"
• 2 prt Wham Cajun Warm Rub
• 1 prt Dry Worchestire Pwdr
• 4 prt Fajita Seasoning

1. Mix parts in one at a time, blending well before adding next ingredient.
2. Add exact order above, for maximum blending effect.
3. if 1 part=1/3 c. dry, the above recipe will yield exactly 42.5 ozs# of rub.
4. (god, I lub my scales!!)
5. Wave magic wand 3 times and chant "Mekka lekka hi, Mekka Hiney Ho", till spouse shoves magic wand into the magic Netherlands.
6. Wand part is optional....rub works same with or possibly without it.
